BOOTH DESCRIPTION
Booth fee covers up to two artists (with one assistant per artist) for a single booth, or four artists (with one assistant per artist) for a double booth. Contact us for multiple booth pricing.

Each 10' x 10' booth space comes with:
-
Pipe and Drape backdrops, limited S-hooks available. Bring your own S-hooks if hanging more than one banner.
-
Two covered 8 ft banquet tables, two chairs, a trash can and a sharps container, along with dedicated access to electricity (1 connection to 120v) is included. Bring a few power strips to power all of your electronics. If you require access to more than 1 connection to 120v or require 220v, this can be purchased directly through the exclusive temporary event utility contractor that services the Portland Expo Center, Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services.
-
We will have extra paper towels and distilled water for a nominal fee at the event. Traveling from out of state and need us to procure something extra for you? Please email us and let us know!

ATTENTION OUT-OF-STATE ARTISTS!!
All out-of-state tattooers must apply for an Oregon Health Licensing Office (HLO) Temporary License to tattoo at the expo. All applications (complete with current BBP certification + current ID) must be sent in via mail no later than Sept. 13th, 2024. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS, THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BUDGE ON THIS AT ALL!!!
The application is $70 and is good for 30 continuous days, so you can also look to book a guest spot at a local shop before or after the event, and extend your stay in beautiful Oregon.

Questions about the required HLO Temporary License can be directed to Adriane Perkins, HLO Licensing Qualifications Specialist. Contact via email at adriane.j.perkins@oha.oregon.gov or call (503)373-1989.

YOUR BOOTH IS ONLY SECURED AFTER YOU REGISTER AND COMPLETE THE ONLINE STORE CHECKOUT PROCESS, AND IF FROM OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY, E-MAIL YOUR TEMPORARY LICENSE APPLICATION DIRECTLY TO THE HLO!

Questions about the process? Email portlandtattooexpo@gmail.com for clarification!
PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees are non-refundable. This includes all cancellations, and credentials non-transferable.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS (SUCH AS FAILURE TO OBTAIN TEMP LICENSING FOR OUT-OF-STATE/COUNTRY) WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
