Weekend pass for an additional artist beyond the allotted artists per booth.
Registration fees are non-refundable. This includes all cancellations, and credentials non-transferable. Artists that don't hold a current (as of 10/05/2025) Oregon BAP license must obtain the Temporary 30-day Tattoo License from the Oregon Health Licensing Office 20 days prior to the event.
