The 3rd Annual Portland Tattoo Expo is coming once again! Taking place at the Portland Expo Center, Over 300 of the world's best tattoo artists will be under the same 72,000 square foot roof for three full days! Top artists will be vying for the coveted Dringenberg Award, an one-off, diamond encrusted, tattoo machine. The machine is awarded to the winner of Best of Show. There's dancers, tattoo contests, an art gallery, car show, and more. COME GET TATTOOED!
